Firstly, you havent said how often you have hung out. And you have only known him for a few weeks. Cool it down you are going look clingy and desperate. Maybe you already do. Please do not ask him what he thinks this will for sure chase him away. Cool it. Let him ask to hang out with her. Your definately scaring him off, guys dont like that in a good. Its not attractive to be too keen, honest, yes.. but clingy.. no.
