If Urine is Used in Court for a DUI ? But doesn't show BAC level. Don't do drugs?

Ok I was arrested for DUI. I wasn't given a breathalyzer (just a Urine I consented to) I wasn't pulled over I was at a complete stop because i was rear ended and a guy would not give me his insurance info. the cop came gave me an eye test and immediately put me in cuffs. I only had 2 drinks (mixed no shots) I was coherent! He parked by car at the side of the road first then drove me to jail. I went to sleep of course I wasn't afraid of being in jail because he was wrong and i will get a DUI Lawyer. He made me go to the hospital hours later. He said to make sure I was ok. I got there and told the nusre I had a drink but I was not drunk. She said they did NOT take my blood. Is she lying ? I was given an IV. I told her i was exhausted and wanted to go to sleep after I gave her a urine sample. She told me they just tested me for pregnancy and throw the urine away (this was hours after my arrest) When i was sleep do you think they took my blood ? I would wake up if someone was sticking me! I am trying to fight this DUI with a skilled dui attorney. Will they use my urine in court ? Or subpoena my hospital ER record in which I wasn't given a blood test to my knowledge. Without my BAC how the law operates. I have no idea if i was over or under the legal limit. It is not against the law to drink and drive it's against the law to be "DRUNK" and drive...Should I fight this ? The officer also thought I was on drugs. I was arguing with the guy who rear ended me He had NO INSURANCE. Police let him go
