Working out with a Shoulder Injury?

About three weeks ago, I injured my right shoulder while working out. After a few weeks rest and an MRI, I have found out that there is still swelling around my rotary cuff. I have a very limited range of motion and pain just about all the time. I know that it is best that I rest my shoulder while it is injured, but I am getting irritated at the fact that I cannot workout. What are some good exercises I can do with the position my shoulder is in?
