My fiance got arrested last night for a dui, they put him in cuffs, brought him to take his blood,?

then drove him home. I signed the papers saying I was basically "responsible" for him till he sobers up. The officer did not give him any papers regarding court dates or what he was being charged with. She said she would return to the house to bring the papers. It has been almost 2 days, and no officer or papers! Does any one have advice on what we should do now??
