Would it be appropriate to write a paper...?

...about art obscenity. The paper isn't a usual paper, you can include pictures, poems, graphs, comics, etc. Anything that will help your piece. I wanted to include pictures, that will be censored, I will be choosing a bulk of the art from early time periods so nothing shocking. Or should I just write my paper on something else.
