Can I enlist in the Army if I've been arrested before?

Got arrested for driving with a suspended license. I guess it's a misdemeanor. But I only had to sit cuffed for about 10 minutes before they let me go. Anyway, would this prevent me from enlisting in the Army, or another MOS?
