The cuffs were put on too tight when i got arrested :(?

She was obviously trying to show you who was in control and if you were very drunk she probably wasn't taking you seriously if you weren't making much sense. I think you have to let this go and learn from it. Getting arrested will never be a pleasant experience so just don't break the law.
