A customer is suing me?

being that you haven't caused her to suffer any loss, what can she even sue you for? you already know hanging up was wrong, but not in the eyes of any law i know... discrimination? did you tell her she has to keep and pay for the phone she chose because she's black or something? i wouldn't worry about it at all as she is probably lying seeing as how she complains about a cell phone when compared to the costs of a lawyer is chump change
