I have been having some pretty vivid dreams, what could they mean?

Sometimes, when I wake up early i have these kind of "exorcist" dreams, it is almost as if I am possessed my entire body begins to lock up and shake, in these dreams I will sometimes shout obscenities, and sometimes I have even walked around, I remember squatting and waddling over to turn the TV off, as well as turning into a different position,on my bed. I keep thinking i may be in REM sleep but my eyes are completely open, and in focus
