I need help with a name of movie?

ok well its a movie where this person is held captive,and the person is captive by being chained on a metal bed.ankles cuffed and wrist cuffed.Their is one scene where someone knocks at the door and the person cuffed tries to get out,and at the end they person chases the person captive around the house,then they end up on the roof,and the person that was hold the human captive dies by falling off i think,(notice that i said person because i forgot if it was a guy or girl being captive,but i think it was a guy)
