Obsessed with all things sexual?

Im obsessed,somebody will say something mundane and ill add penis,vagina, and boobs etc. Im bring up sexually graphic conversations all the time. Will come out with random obscenities at work and with friends. Im not a pervert,i dont get ANY sexual gratification from doing this. I just cant seem to stop,what the hell is wrong with me? Oh its worse when im drunk.
