What arguments can you present for strict enforcement of the prostitution and obscenity statutes?

These are two different actions.Both have been a normal activity in historical human life. As language evolves, so do the 'sensibilities' of the majority of the governing people. They decide what is considered prostitution and obscene and all other moral and actionable activities.
